Serving one another is one of the pillars of Bedrock Church Roanoke. We love to serve because Jesus served us first.

Every week teams of people from Bedrock Roanoke join together to serve the Church Body. We have several opportunities for you to serve in the church including:

There are so many ways for you to reach out and serve in our community on your own or with your Life Group. Here are a few opportunities:

Care Portal

Sign-up to meet real-time needs to combat the foster care crisis in our city. A few example needs are beds, car seats, meal delivery, mentorship and transportation. Care Portal allows the church to connect with families.

TLOT

Serving the homeless in the Roanoke Valley, The Least of These Ministry  meets men and women living on the streets and serves them with spiritual, physical, and emotional support in the name of Jesus Christ.

Serve Sundays

In every month that has five Sundays, we take the last Sunday to worship through service. Each Serve Sunday we gather in teams to participate in projects both at the church and throughout the community. We want to make an impact for the Kingdom right here in Roanoke.

In the past we have done projects such as packing resource bags for teachers and first responders, writing thank you notes to those in the healthcare field, assisting in building and maintenance projects for organizations throughout the valley and more!

SERVE ON MISSION

We strive to be intentional in our missions work. We don’t want to simply go on trips, we want to start relationships with people. We want to be authentic and sincere in our mission while leaving a lasting impact here in Roanoke and around the world.

To help us in that goal, Bedrock Roanoke has partner with Because We Care Ministries to adopot a small village outside of Somotillo, Nicaragua. In partnering with El Aredo, we take teams into the community, help support the Pastor, and walk with the people in the community in discipleship.
