May Missions Month

It is our desire to be a church that reflects God’s heart for the nations, which is why we’ve dedicated the month of May to emphasize global missions at Bedrock. During the month we will focus on God’s missional heart during our Sunday teaching as we work through the book of Jonah, pray intentionally for missions, encourage our missionaries, highlight opportunities to go and serve, hear from distinguished voices in the missions world, and more.

Developing Spiritual Disciplines

The Spiritual Disciplines are our way of making ourselves available to the transformation God desires to make in us. Matt Menzel said that "these practices and these rhythms are divinely given gifts held out to us so that we can receive the love and presence of God poured into us on a daily basis." Use the resources below to start developing habits that God will use to change your life and transform you into the image of Christ.
The Spiritual Health Reflection helps you thoughtfully examine your own life and identify next steps in your apprenticeship to Jesus.
This interactive tool is designed to help craft a set of habits and rhythms patterned after Jesus – a Rule of Life tailored to you and your community.
*These resources are intended to help you get started creating habits of practicing spiritual disciplines. We do not endorse everything that is said on the videos or in the teachings.

The 7 Marks of a Disciple

Spiritual maturity is an impossible thing to measure. Only God knows what’s really in our hearts. But we also know that certain characteristics are produced when someone is growing in relationship with Christ. The 7 Marks resources are designed to help you look at your own attitudes, habits, and tendencies alongside the New Testament’s descriptions of spiritual maturity. It will help you better discern your current discipleship strengths and weaknesses and help you grow in your walk with Jesus.
